2 What you hold
……Per chain
SPT lives on all 20 chains and your balance is per chain. Voting weight and award accrual are counted on the chain the tokens are sitting on.
3 Send SPT
Sends on one chain, to any account on that same chain. 🔴 Whatever you send stops backing your vote on that chain in the same transaction, and arrives with the receiver unvoted — so a token can never speak twice.
4 Move between chains
🔴 A move is two transactions on two chains: a debit here, then a credit on the target once the network braids the proof across — usually one to three minutes. You pay the fee on BOTH chains, so fund the target before you start. An interrupted move is never lost; this page remembers it and resumes it.
5 Vote
………Your weight is your balance on the chain you vote from, at the moment you vote. Votes are chain-local and the result is the sum across all 20 — so tokens on a chain you have not voted from are not counted.
6 Claim awards
…Awards accrue to whatever you held at a round’s record date and never expire. Claiming pays your own account and can be triggered by anyone, but the fee is paid by whoever sends it — here, you.
