By using smartpacts.io you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is

smartpacts.io is an informational site with browser interfaces to smart contracts. The SPT token contract is deployed on Kadena mainnet on all 20 chains, its sale contract on chain 0, and this site builds transactions against them that you sign in your own wallet. A clearly labelled sandbox copy of the same contracts also runs on Kadena mainnet for rehearsal: its tokens are worthless test tokens, its sale is not the SPT sale, and the small amounts of KDA spent there are real and not refunded. The Gallery is separate and runs on a public test network (Kadena testnet06), where every token is a valueless test token.

As-is, no warranties

The site and the software behind it — on Kadena mainnet and on any test network — are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and freedom from defects. Smart contracts can contain defects. Test networks can be reset at any time and their state (including any test tokens and test keys) can disappear.

On Kadena mainnet, transactions are irreversible. A transfer sent to the wrong account, a token moved to the wrong chain, a vote or a claim signed in error cannot be undone — not by us, not by anyone. The SPT contract has no function that reverses or refunds a transaction and no way to recover tokens or funds sent to the wrong place, and the site cannot act on your account at all: it builds a transaction and your wallet signs it. What you see in your wallet before you approve is the last point at which anything can be stopped. Every transaction also costs a network fee, paid by the account that sends it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Pacts shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the software behind it, on any network.

The code governs

The deployed smart contract code is the sole authority on how the system behaves. Where anything on this site and the on-chain code differ, the code controls. You can verify the deployed source yourself — the transparency page compares it against the published source ↗ in your browser and shows what the administrator can and cannot do.

Your responsibilities

• Eligibility and local law. Participation may be restricted or prohibited where you live — you are responsible for your own eligibility and for the laws that apply to you.
• Your wallet and your keys. This site never holds a key for Kadena mainnet: every mainnet transaction is signed in your own wallet (EckoWallet, Zelcore, a Ledger, or a mobile wallet over WalletConnect), and the security of that wallet is yours. Test keys for the Gallery are generated in and held by your browser; we never see them, cannot recover them, and you should never reuse one elsewhere or fund one with anything of value.
• Know which network you are on, and check before you sign. SPT is on Kadena mainnet, where KDA and SPT have real value; the Gallery is on a test network where tokens are valueless. Every page states which network it is talking to. On mainnet, confirm the amount, the recipient and the chain in your wallet before approving — nothing can be reversed afterwards.

Third-party services

Wallets, block explorers, API nodes, and the hosting platform are operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for them; their own terms apply.

Site content is © Smart Pacts. The published contract source is licensed under the terms stated in its repository.

Governing law

These terms are intentionally jurisdiction-neutral pending legal review: no choice of law or forum is made here. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence remain unaffected.
