Not an offer
This site presents software running on Kadena mainnet (the SPT token and its sale contract) and on a public test network (the Gallery). Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, an inducement, or a recommendation of any kind, in any jurisdiction. The site-wide notice on every page:
Which network is which
The SPT token contract is deployed on Kadena mainnet on all 20 chains, and its sale contract on chain 0. On mainnet, KDA and SPT have real value, every transaction is signed in your own wallet and costs a network fee, and nothing can be reversed once it is confirmed — the contract has no function that reverses or refunds a transaction, and no way to recover tokens or funds sent to the wrong place. What the administrator can and cannot do, what is time-locked, and where every token is are shown live on the transparency page. The Gallery is separate and runs on Kadena testnet06, a public test network: every token involved there is a valueless test token, test networks can be reset at any time, and everything on them — balances, keys, deployed state — can disappear. Nothing earned, bought, or "won" on a test network has monetary value or converts into any mainnet asset or right.
The code is the authority
The deployed smart contract code is the sole authority on how the system behaves. The source is published at github.com/SmartPacts/spt ↗, and the code the chain returns compares byte-for-byte with the published deploy bytes — anyone can check it, and the transparency page runs that comparison in your browser.
